How does the ordering process work?

Ordering is simple! Choose from à la carte options, build your own bundle, or select from our curated bundles. Orders must be placed by 5 PM EST on Friday for delivery the following week.If we can accommodate a sooner or later delivery, we will reach out to confirm.

What areas do you currently serve, and what are your delivery days?

We currently serve all of Palm Beach and Martin Counties. We also offer delivery outside of these areas, though additional delivery charges may apply. Delivery will take place within 3-10 business days after your order is received and confirmed.

How much is delivery?

For those in Boynton, Delray and Boca, we provide a convenient pick-up at One World Zero Waste in Delray Beach on Tuesdays for a $15.

Are your meals suitable for specific dietary restrictions or preferences?

Absolutely! All of our meals are gluten-free. Additionally, the majority of our meals are dairy-free, egg-free, and vegan.

If you have any additional dietary restrictions, we may be able to modify the meal selection or remove specific ingredients to accommodate your needs.

How are the meals packaged, and how long do they last?

Our meals are carefully packaged in eco-friendly containers with bio-based lining, and are freezer safe. Containers are not microwave safe.

Meals are frozen upon making and can last in freezer for 2-3 months. Once thawed, meals can last 3-4 days in refridgerator.

Can I customize my meal plan or make changes to my order?

Certainly! For customized meal plans, use the Build Your Own Bundle or à la carte options.

What is the best way to heat up meals?

The best and recommended way to heat our meals is on the stove top:

Thawed meals: Add a splash of water to a pot and heat for 3-5 minutes, or until hot.

Frozen meals: Make an incision in the container and peel back the wrapping like you would for crescent roll packaging. Add 2-4 tablespoons of water, place the frozen meal in the pot, and heat with the lid on until the liquid begins to simmer. 

We don’t recommend microwaving meals, as it can reduce their nutritional value.
